Pizza Hut mobile app is an extension of the global brand into the Middle Eastern countries. The app features an engaging UI/UX allowing users to easily navigate and order food in a few clicks.
Despite being a leading pizza brand, Pizza Hut did not have a well performing digital appearance. Their app did not have an extensible and scalable architecture, which also led to the poor user experience.As a result, Pizza Hut needed to create a mobile app that was not just fully functional but also highly engaging for customers.
Our team focused on designing a UI/UX for the app that was visually appealing. Our design team conducted extensive research, which let us quickly grasp the users' needs and drive Pizza Hut’s business to digitalization using the greatest tools and technology suite available.
With multiple variations in the food menus across multiple countries, we did not have a very engaging digital presence in the Middle East. Appinventiv through its systematic approach not only helped us expand our presence in the region but also ensured creating delightful and user-friendly experiences for our customers. With large data sets in the form of multiple food menus and extensive user base in various countries, achieving quick screen transition was a challenge. Our team with its immaculate planning and use of the right tools ensured a much quicker mobile app screen transition time.
At the starting of the project, there were different operational issues due to product management. Our team keenly studied all the issues across the layers and the legacy system, and resolved the challenge by taking appropriate actions at the right time.
Following a Product Discovery workshop, we invested most of our promised time in product research & wire-framing to lay out the structure & architecture of how Pizza Hut had perceived their new app to look like. Our development team put extensive effort on UI designing that could improve the user's journey across the app for an easy, speedy and glitch-free food ordering and delivery experience.
